Technical Guidance and Evaluation of Distribution and Services Statistics

BPS DIY Province organized Technical Guidance and Evaluation of KTIP 2024 Statistics with the theme “From Data to Destinations: Utilization of Statistics to Improve Archipelago Tourism”. The event was held on November 7-8, 2024, opened by the Principal Expert Statistician of BPS DIY Province, Sentot Bangun Widoyono, at The Phoenix Hotel Yogyakarta.

Present as speakers were Associate Expert Statistician of BPS RI (Teguh Sugiyarto), Acting Head of Cooperative and SME Agency (Wisnu Hermawan), and President Director of PT Bhakti Mandiri Wisata (Hairullah Gazali).

This activity was also filled with an in-depth ground check related to the business strategy of tourism object management which presented the Business Development Manager of Ledok Sambi Ecopark, Adrian Adhya Hermanu.

This event is expected to improve the quality of BPS data and strengthen the role of BPS as a provider of quality data for an advanced Indonesia.
