Inauguration of UPN Veteran Yogyakarta Statistics Corner

Friday, (6/12), the Sleman Regency Statistics Agency (BPS) in collaboration with the National Development University (UPN) Veteran Yogyakarta and BPS D.I. Yogyakarta Province held the inauguration of the UPN Veteran Yogyakarta Statistics Corner on the UPN Veteran Yogyakarta campus. This event marked the opening of the UPN Veteran Yogyakarta Statistics Corner which will begin operating after the inauguration.

The Statistics Corner is a collaborative service between BPS and universities to increase statistical literacy and utilization in the academic environment. UPN Veteran Yogyakarta is the third place in Yogyakarta to open a Statistics Corner.

In her remarks, the Head of BPS Yogyakarta Province, Herum Fajarwati, expressed her hope that this Statistics Corner can provide benefits to the general public and especially the academic community of UPN Veteran Yogyakarta. Herum also hoped that this would be the beginning of a mutually beneficial collaboration between BPS and UPN.

Attending the event were Director of Statistical Dissemination of BPS, Dwi Retno Wilujeng Wahyu Utami, and Rector of UPN Veteran Yogyakarta, M Irhas Efendi.
