The results of the 2024 Data Needs Survey show that the Quality of Service at PST BPS DIY Province is very good.
The Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP) is a measure of the quality of service provided by PST BPS DIY Province as a public service delivery unit at BPS. The results of the IPKP calculation using the KemenPANRB method amounted to 94.29 (Very Good).
In addition to producing IPKP, SKD 2024 also produces several other indicators such as the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
