“Pita Emas” (Leaders to Accommodate Aspirations)

“Pita Emas” (Leaders to Accommodate Aspirations) is a program initiated by the Change Agent Network (CAN) of BPS DIY Province. This activity was first held on Friday (25/04) in the Bima Room. This event is a forum to accommodate the aspirations of employees directly to leaders within BPS DIY Province.

On this occasion, Acting. Head of BPS DIY Province, Herum Fajarwati, expressed her appreciation for the implementation of this event. She emphasized the importance of the leadership role in listening to the aspirations of employees and jointly finding solutions to various problems in the office environment. Herum also encouraged open and collaborative communication to create a harmonious and productive work atmosphere.

The hope is that the synergy between leaders and all employees can be stronger, in order to support the realization of better services.
