Yogyakarta Province, Ir. Herum Fajarwati, M.M. in Truntum Room BPS Prov. D.I. Yogyakarta. The following is a summary of the results of the press release:

 

1.       May 2025 saw inflation (y-on-y) of 2.04% with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 108.27.

2.       DIY NTP fell by 0.49% in May 2025.

The May 2025 Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) of 106.19 experienced an index increase from the previous month which was recorded at 106.11.

3.       April 2025, the number of domestic passenger arrivals through Adisutjipto Airport and Yogyakarta International Airport was recorded at 167,232 people.

The number of rail transportation passengers departing through 5 stations in Yogyakarta in April 2025 was 1,095,559 people.

4.       January - April 2025, DIY Exports increased by 11.27% and DIY Imports increased by 41.44% compared to the previous year.

exports reached US$175.97 million and imports were US$65.53 million.

5.       The TPK of star hotels in March 2025 was at 49.98% and non-star hotels at 26.27%.

When compared to March 2025, the TPK figure increased in April 2025, where the TPK of star hotels rose to 49.98 percent and non-star hotels also increased to 14.38 percent.
