Abstract

The NTP of the Special Region of Yogyakarta in October 2021, reached 97.44 experienced an index increase of 1.03 percent compared to the previous month previously amounted to 96.44. The NTP of the food crops subsector was recorded at 95.20; horticulture subsector 110.55; plantation sub-sector people 119.94; livestock sub-sector 91.94; and fisheries sub-sector 93.76.
  • The increase in the composite NTP index this month was due to the increase in three sub-sectors, namely: food crops by 1.42 percent, horticulture 0.40 percent, people's plantation crops 3.55 percent. While the two sub-sectors decreased, namely: livestock 0.39 percent and fisheries by 0.46 percent. Local Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) Special Yogyakarta in October 2021 was recorded at 96.38, an increase of 1.47 percent compared to the previous month of 94.99.
  • Rural Consumer Price Index (CPI) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in October 2021 in general reached 107.62 experiencing inflation of 0.61 percent compared to the CPI in the previous month which was recorded at 106.97. 
  • From 34 provinces in October 2021, there are 28 provinces experiencing increase, 6 provinces experienced a decrease. The highest increase in NTP occurred in Bengkulu by 2.94 percent, while the largest decrease in NTP occurred in Gorontalo by 1.21 percent
