Abstract

The NTP of the Special Region of Yogyakarta in December 2021, reached 98.07 experienced an increase in index by 0.73 percent compared to the month previously amounted to 97.36. Food crops sub-sector NTP is 94.02; horticulture subsector 122.07; smallholder plantation sub-sector 117.41; livestock sub-sector 93.99; and fisheries sub-sector 92.83.
The increase in the composite NTP index this month was due to the increase in three sub-sectors, namely: food crops by 0.03 percent, horticulture 7.74 percent, and livestock by 0.97 percent. While the other two sub-sectors experienced a decline, namely: 3.28 percent of smallholder plantation crops, and fisheries by 0.53 percent. Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) Yogyakarta Special Region in December 2021 recorded 98.93, increased by 2.04 percent compared to the previous month of 96.95.
Rural Consumer Price Index (CPI) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in December 2021 in general reached 111.08 experiencing inflation of 2.08 percent compared to the CPI in the previous month which was recorded at 108.82.
Of the 34 provinces in December 2021, there are 29 provinces experiencing increased, and 5 provinces experienced a decrease. The highest increase in NTP occurred in East Kalimantan by 2.59 percent, while the decline in NTP

the largest occurred in DKI Jakarta by 0.70 percent.
