Abstract

  • The NTP of the Special Region of Yogyakarta in March 2022 reached 99.65, an index increase of 0.33 percent compared to the previous month of 99.33. The NTP of the food crops sub-sector is 96.36; horticulture subsector 118.61; people's plantation sub-sector 118.93; livestock sub-sector 95.78; and fisheries sub-sector 92.80.
  • The increase in the combined FTT index this month was due to an increase in two sub-sectors, namely: horticulture 2.48 percent and livestock 4.45 percent. Meanwhile, three sub-sectors experienced a decline, namely: food crops 1.39 percent, people's plantations 1.23 percent and fisheries by 0.41 percent. The Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) of the Special Region of Yogyakarta in March 2022 was recorded at 100.32, an increase of 1.21 percent compared to the previous month of 99.13.
  • The rural Consumer Price Index (CPI) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in March 2022 generally reached 112.25, experiencing inflation of 1.46 percent compared to the CPI in the previous month which was recorded at 110.63.
  • From 34 provinces in March 2022, 22 provinces experienced an increase, 11 provinces experienced a decline, and 1 province did not change. The highest increase in NTP occurred in Riau by 3.56 percent, while the largest decrease in NTP occurred in Banten by 1.70 percent.
