    • The Farmer Exchange rate (NTP) of the Special Region of Yogyakarta in January 2025 reached 104.42, up 0.003 percent compared to the previous month, which was 104.41. The Farmer's Exchange Rate for the food crops sub-sector was 100.74; the horticulture sub-sector 132.38; the smallholder plantation sub-sector 120.08; the livestock sub-sector 99.81; and the fisheries sub-sector 89.47.
    • The increase in the composite NTP index this month was influenced by the increase in three subsectors, namely: horticulture by 6.36 percent; smallholder plantation crops by 2.79 percent; and fisheries by 0.92 percent. Meanwhile, two sub-sectors fell, namely food crops by 0.91 percent and livestock by 1.71 percent. The Yogyakarta Special Region Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) in January 2025 was recorded at 108.98, an increase of 0.25 percent compared to the previous month of 108.70.
    • The rural Consumer Price Index (CPI) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in January 2025 generally reached 129.79, experiencing inflation of 0.85 percent compared to the CPI in the previous month which was recorded at 128.69.
    • Of the 38 provinces in January 2025, the NTP in 31 provinces increased while 7 provinces decreased. The highest increase in NTP occurred in Bangka Belitung at 3.64 percent, while the largest decrease in NTP occurred in West Sulawesi at 2.54 percent.
