Abstract

The number of domestic air transport passengers departing in May 2025 was 138,661 people, a decrease of 23.59 percent compared to April 2025. Meanwhile, the number of passenger arriving was 137,538 people, a decrease 17.76 percent from previous record.
International air transport passengers decreased by 6.29 percent to 14,506 people. At the same time, passengers arrived decreased by 9.41 percent to 15,263 people in May 2025.
The freight transported by domestic air transport increased by 1.30 percent to 1,354.75 tons compared to April 2025. Simultaneously, the freight unloaded was 222.56 tons, an increase of 27.43 percent of that in April 2025.
The number of railway passengers departing in May 2025 was 1,056,955 people, which decreased by 3.52 percent compared to April 2025. Meanwhile, the number of passengers arriving was 1,017,928 people, decreased by 10.45 percent.
The freight transported by train in May 2025 increased by 3.48 percent to 28,076 tons compared to April 2025. Meanwhile, the freight unloaded increased by 53,20 percent to 40,173 tons.
