Sectoral ICOR Analysis of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 2009-2013

In the structure of national or regional economic development planning, economic growth targets are usually determined. One of the activities that determine economic growth is investment. This is because the progress achieved by an economic sector cannot be separated from the increase in investment invested in the sector. Investment plays a key role because investment invested each year will drive the rate of economic growth.The preparation of the publication of the Sectoral Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR) Analysis of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 2009-2013 was made possible through good cooperation between the BAPPEDA for Planning and Statistics and the BPS o fDaerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 2009-2013. This publication aims to provide information in order to evaluate the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the use of capital goods carried out by economic sectors. By obtaining the ICOR by sector, the estimated future investment needs by sector can be known.
