Abstract

Slaughtering Statistic 2016 is an annual publication containing the results of the data collection from Slaughterhouse (RPH) and slaughtering place (TPH). This publication contains activity and production slaughterhouse/slaughtering place. This publication is possible thanks to the ooperation and support, both from RPH or TPH officers, and Statistic of D.I Yogyakarta fficers, as well as assistance from various parties, ranging from data collection to processing and resentation. Therefore, to all those who have contributed, we convey our appreciation and gratitude. Comment and suggestions from users of data for subsequent publication are always welcome.
