Analysis for The Survey Results of Data Requirement Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 2019

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) is committed to providing quality statistical data for all parties. Therefore, the Data Needs Survey (SKD) was conducted to identify the level of data user needs and satisfaction. SKD 2019 is implemented by all Integrated Statistics Services units of the Central BPS, Provincial BPS, and Regency / City BPS. The results of SKD 2019 were analyzed using several analytical methods, namely analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data requirements, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
