Abstract

Welfare Indicators of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 2022 is an annual publication published by the Central Bureau of Statistics for the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This publication presents data on the achievements and development of indicators that describe aspects of people's welfare in the Special Region of Yogyakarta up to 2022. In addition, a comparison of achievements and development of indicators by region is also presented. The indicator data presented is processed from primary data from BPS survey results, in particular the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) and the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas), results of the Population Census and Supas, as well as related secondary data from other agency/agency sources outside BPS.The statistical indicators presented cover aspects of population, health, education, employment, consumption levels and patterns, housing and settlements, poverty and inequality, as well as other social indicators. It is hoped that the content and content of this publication can be used as material for monitoring and evaluating the performance of welfare development that has been carried out as well as planning material for improving the quality of people's lives in the future. Hopefully this Indicator for People's Welfare for the Special Region of Yogyakarta 2022 will be able to bridge and reduce the gap between the need for and the provision of statistical data.
