Abstract

Integrated Food Crop Agricultural Statistics Data Collection with The Area Sampling Framework (KSA) method is an activity carried out through collaboration between the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Assessment Agency and Application of Technology (BPPT) Aeronautics and Space Institute National (LAPAN) which has now merged into the Research and Innovation Agency National (BRIN), Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Land Agency National (Ministry of ATR/BPN), as well as the Geospatial Information Agency (BIG). This activity is included in a national project to support achievement one of the national priorities, namely food security in the context of improvement food statistics data, which began to be implemented nationally in 2018. The main objective of this activity is to produce harvest area data rice that is objective, scientific, and involves the role of the latest technology, so that The collected rice production data becomes more accurate, faster and precise time. Report on Harvested Area and Rice Production in D.I. Yogyakarta 2022 presents the results of the implementation of KSA data collection during 2022. In addition, This report also provides information regarding the potential for rice cultivation obtained from the results of field observations. Hopefully this report provides benefits to data users.
