Poverty Statistics of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 2024

Poverty is still seen as one of the main obstacles in achieving sustainable development. People living in poverty tend to have limited access to education, health and economic opportunities. This condition will have an impact on low productivity, slow economic growth and social instability. Therefore, poverty alleviation is one of the main development goals.The initial effort that can be made to eradicate poverty is to map poverty data from various sides in a publication. It is hoped that the data presented in this publication can provide a consistent picture of the level and dynamics of poverty, as well as become useful reference material for stakeholders, both in the government sector, academics and the general public.
