Wednesday-Saturday (23-26/10), at the Santika Gunungkidul Hotel, BPS Yogyakarta Province held the 2024 ST2023 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) Coordination Meeting with the theme “Portrait of Sustainable Indonesian Agricultural Welfare”.

This activity aims to ensure thorough and comprehensive coordination and evaluation of the implementation of SEP 2024. It is expected that the data generated from SEP 2024 will provide a real picture of the economic condition of the agricultural sector in Yogyakarta.

In her remarks, the Head of BPS Yogyakarta Province, Herum Fajarwati, thanked all levels of BPS Yogyakarta Province as well as all stakeholders, related agencies for their support in the success of SEP2024 as a continuation of the ST2023 series of activities. Herum also emphasized that the agricultural sector is a very important sector to support the achievement of the 2045 Golden Indonesia vision.

Also present on the occasion was the Director of Statistics of Livestock, Fisheries and Forestry of BPS, Adhi Wiriana, who opened the event as well as providing leadership direction to all BPS employees in Yogyakarta.
