Regional Coordination Meeting on Socialization of Socio-Economic Population Data Collection

Monday (4/11) the Head of BPS D.I. Yogyakarta, Ir. Herum Fajarwati, MM. and the Head of BPS Kulon Progo Regency, Drs. Sumarwiyanto, had the opportunity to attend the Regional Coordination Meeting of the Socialization of Population Socio-Economic Data Collection at the Adikarta Hall of the Kulon Progo Regency Government Complex. The coordination meeting was attended by the PJ Regent of Kulon Progo, representatives of OPD in Kulon Progo, Panewu throughout Kulon Progo, as well as several officials from the village in Kapanewon Pengasih and Kokap.

In this activity, the Head of BPS D.I. Yogyakarta gave a speech and delivered material related to the technical enumeration and field organization of this complete data collection. Field data collection will be carried out using the Sipedet Cantik application (Sistem Pendataan Desa Cinta Statistik) which aims to obtain data on the social and economic population in Kulon Progo Regency. With this activity, it is hoped that in the future the village will have data by name by address which can be used as a reference for the village and local government in producing targeted policies, especially for poverty reduction in Kulon Progo.
