Manufacturing Industry Efficiency Analysis of the Special Region of Yogyakarta

The 2016 Economic Census (SE2016) is a census fourth economy organized by the Agency Central Statistics (BPS) every 10 (ten) years once since 1986. The implementation of the SE2016 was carried out on a regular basis gradually, namely the complete enumeration of non-agricultural businesses in May 2016 and continued with data collection detailed in 2017. Activities SE2016 produce information that is very diverse, such as characteristics business / company, characteristics of human resources and labor, marketing and institutional systems, capital structure, input structure and costs production, business income, constraints and business prospects, and others. Book of Analysis of "Regional Manufacturing Industry Efficiency Special Yogyakarta ”This was compiled based on the results data data collection of SE2016-UMK and SE2016-UMB in the processing industry business field ormanufacturing (Category C). The purpose of compiling this analysis is to provide an overview regarding the level of manufacturing business efficiency based on business scale and principal group industry along with comparisons according to business characteristics and comparison with results previous census period. In addition, this analysis also examines the relationship between agglomeration and efficiency of manufacturing businesses and identifying internal company factors has an effect on business efficiency in the Special Territory of Yogyakarta.
