1. August 2024 saw inflation (y-on-y) of 2.33% with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 105.87.

2. DIY NTP increased by 0.42% in August 2024.

The Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) in August 2024 amounted to 104.30, an index increase from the previous month which was recorded at 103.86.

3. August 2024, the Producer Price of Grain at the DIY farm level increased by 2.72%.

The producer price of grain at the farm level for GKG quality in Yogyakarta in August 2024 amounted to IDR 6,860.00 per kg, up 2.72% compared to the previous month of IDR 6,678.26 per kg.

4. In July 2024, foreign tourist visits to Yogyakarta were recorded at 11,120 visits.

TPK of star hotels in July 2024 was at 63.25% and non-star hotels at 27.57%.

5. July 2024, the number of domestic passenger arrivals through Adisutjipto Airport and Yogyakarta International Airport was 194,994 people.

The number of rail transportation passengers departing through 5 stations in Yogyakarta in July 2024 was 1,118,144 people.

6. July 2024, DIY Exports rose 7.85% and Imports rose 27.83% compared to the previous month.

Exports reached US$47.94 million and Imports were worth US$16.81 million.
