Political and Security Statistics of Daerah Istimewa YogyakartaProvince 2017

Publication of Political and Security Statistics of the Special Region of Yogyakarta 2017 is a routine publication every year published by the Central Bureau of Statistics of D.I Yogyakarta. This publication presents information about security conditions in the Special Region of Yogyakarta which includes the number and types of criminal acts, perpetrators, victims, and efforts to overcome them. In addition, this publication presents information about the political situation of the D.I. Yogyakarta is based on data on election results and post-conflict local elections, as well as legal products produced by the Regional People's Representatives Council (DPRD). The data sources used in the preparation of this publication come from secondary data. The data used is the result of compilation from several agencies, including the Police, Regional Office of Law and Human Rights, prosecutors, Justice, General Election Commission (KPU), and DPRD Secretariat in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The publication of this publication is an effort by BPS in responding to and meeting increasingly complex data users.
