Political and Security Statistics of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 2019

The Political and Security Statistics publication for the Special Region of Yogyakarta 2019 provides information on security conditions including the number and types of crimes, victims of crime, and efforts to overcome them. In addition, this publication provides information about the political situation of D.I. Yogyakarta based on data on election and post-conflict local elections, as well as legal products produced by the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) D.I. Yogyakarta.Sources of data used in the preparation of this publication come from surveys conducted by BPS and a compilation of administrative products. The compiled data comes from several agencies, including the Police, the Regional Office for Law and Human Rights, the Attorney General's Office, the Judiciary, the General Election Commission (KPU), and the DPRD Secretariat in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The publication of this publication is an effort by BPS to respond and fulfill the increasingly varied needs of data users.
