Exposure and Deepening of DIY Economic Performance in the Fourth Quarter of 2023

On Tuesday (20/2) at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia (BI) DIY, BPS DIY Province attended the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) of DIY Economic Performance in the fourth quarter of 2023. The event was held in order to discuss the condition of the DIY economy, with phenomena that occur in the community.

In the event, Associate Expert Statistician of BPS DIY Province, Kusriatmi representing the Head of BPS DIY Province conveyed the DIY economy in the fourth quarter of 2023, and several strategic indicators, namely: inflation, hotel occupancy rate, transportation, and export-import.

It is hoped that this FGD can be carried out on an ongoing basis so that each agency can find new insights related to the performance of the DIY economy, as additional material in efforts to control the inflation rate in DIY.
